[R3D] SERVICES provides you a unique guarantee on our services. In a time when it may take you anywhere from 2 weeks or longer to get even the smallest request updated on your webiste, we offer something extraordinary!

48-Hour Guarantee

[R3D] SERVICES will complete your maintenance request within 48 hours or less.

Our current turn around time is approximately 4.5 hours. The following describes the guarantee applicable to the services available through the R3DServices.com web site.

Time is based on Eastern Standard Time.
Updates requested between 4:01 p.m and 9:59 a.m. will be posted at 10:00 a.m.
(10:00 a.m. will be the start of the 48 hour period for any updates posted after 4:00 p.m.)
Blackout periods may apply. Blackout periods are posted on the request calendar at least two weeks in advance. You can schedule requests prior to or after the date when blackout periods occur. If you already have a request scheduled when a blackout is applied, you may be contacted to re-schedule. Blackout periods are assigned when [R3D] SERVICES has a planned service or administrative upgrade or leave time.
