Personal Data Access
In order to keep your personal data secure, [R3D] SERVICES limits those in our organization who may have contact. Your personal data is limited in access to the following company individuals who have all signed confidentiality agreements with [R3D] SERVICES;

Database Administrator,
Chief Technology Officer and
Chief Operations Officer

When providing access to your web site via FTP, the DBA, CTO or COO will set up your account through remote control terminal access. The DBA, CTO or COO can only access your account information through their passworded terminals. If at any time one of these job positions is replaced a new user ID and password is assigned to their terminal. Regular support staff may have access to your user ID but will NOT have access to your password. All other staff and any vendors are NOT provided access.

In addition, [R3D] SERVICES maintains an access log on individual client sites and can coordinate with client to confirm dates and times when SmartUpdates.Net has accessed the client web site for updates. Access is maintained only during a client's service period. Financial information is never maintained.

We recommend the client issue R3DServices.com a separate user ID and password to access your web site. This way you can track our access to your site as well as suspend access to your site at any time.

In compliance with law, we will release personal data to proper authorities upon their written request and will notify client of such request.

Access Assignments
In order to keep your personal data secure, [R3D] SERVICES limits access to one administrator in your company or organization. Your access is limited to the individual who originally signs up for services through our automated system. In order to transfer assignment of access, the administrator must update the information in your online administrative area. Multiple users and assignments can be made through special features offered by [R3D] SERVICES.

WARNING: Upon termination of any employee who has access to your web site services you should immediately access your administrative area and remove them from your approved list of updators or change your password if you have shared your information. [R3D] SERVICES is not responsible for update request that come from employees if they are still on your approved list.

You may share a userID and password among multiple employees but be aware this increases your risks and liabilities for web site content publication and release of information for your company. All update requests through our system are considered "Approved'. [R3D] SERVICES is not responsible for the security of your userID and password as related to your employee access to this information.
