R3D SERVICES - REFUND POLICY
The following describes the Refund Policy applicable to the services available through the R3DServices.com web site. By purchaing our services, you acknowledging you have read the Refund Policy described herein for R3D SERVICES and agree with this said Policy.
Non-Refundable Items. Individual services purchases of $25 and/or under are non-refundable. An initial non-refundable administration fee of 10% will apply to update purchases $26 or greater. Refund amounts will be calculated on actual payments received excluding sales offers, discounts or promotions.
Refunds Prior to Commencement.
1-30 Days. If a refund is requested within 30 days and before any services commence, a full refund will be provided within 6-8 weeks, minus the administration fee.
30+ Days. Refunds after 30 days are at the discretion of R3D SERVICES. As long as no services have been used, R3D SERVICES will provide a refund.
Note: NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE AFTER 60 DAYS.
Refunds After Commencement.
Refund will be on a pro-rata basis. The basis is the number of update requests made by the client. Each separate request will be valued at $100. A minimum of Two (2) requests will be used to determine refund amount, minus the administration fee. A refund will be provided within 6-8 weeks.
NO REFUNDS AVAILABLE AFTER 60 DAYS.
Retaining Records. If an account terminates in good standing, R3D SERVICES will retain client records and data for up to 30 days. If the account is renewed within 30 days records will still be available.
You acknowledge you are at least 18 years of age to purchase services from R3D SERVICES and to use the R3DServices.com web site.
